Had my ex husband who no longer lived with me break into my place and I requested a removal because I was out of town and saw him on my cams. Not only did they not remove him; someone without a key, mail going to my house and am not married to ..stay.. but allowed him to steal all of my expensive electronics, and my dog. The the next day my ex received a check to my mailbox (probably trying to prove he stays here) and I told my ex he can make a fair exchange for the check but instead I got a call from this department threatening to come charge me! Whew. What a job!
