I started to come to this Dollar General, because Katie Lee took over as its manager recently. I will shop anywhere that Katie Lee is the manager ! I am a U.S Marine and I have difficulties in stores and crowded places. Katie Lee has always been aware of my p.t.s.d and gone out of her way to ease my mind and to help me to get in and out quickly and panic free. The prices are also so fair and so many cool sales all of the time.
The DG store is rarely stocked. They have large metal bins filled with product. Everything is so disorganized it's hard to distinguish what goes where, and when you ask you're taken all around the store to maybe get what you need. Also, they don't care if you have a mask on or not. I don't care how you feel about covid but please keep yourself healthy and safe.
First of all the staff was pleasant and helpful.nnHowever, we were shocked that none of the employees wore masks!! We understand that the govenor has mandated face masks in all businesses. We will NOT be shopping there again during this health crisis!nnAlso, the entire store was a cluttered mess.
I was there today and it was clean and organized. No wait. Great customer service!
