Very nice and helpful owner at the store in Newport
Have brought my chainsaw in twice for it not idling without giving it gas. Both times they have not fixed it correct all they do is adjust the carb. And it will work correct for maybe one hour then will not idle
I will not go back.
Place is a waste of time. I stopped in to buy a deck belt and told the fella I had a 26 horsepower with 54in deck garden tractor. He said that that wasn't enough information for him to look it up and sell me one. Well guess what. I went home and with less time then it took me to write this, I was able to find it and order it on line. And not to mention his attitude like I was intruding upon him to do his job. And I have spent hundreds of dollars in the store. Not no more your customer service sucks right out loud.
Very poor customer service! Paid over $100.00 for mower to be gone over and when returned to me it wouldn't run. Was told it ran fine when it left and that I would need to pay for it to come back in.
