Disclaimer: I'm one person, so others may have had different experiences.nnI've ordered the Chicken from here plenty of times and I definitely enjoyed it and loved the fast response/order fulfillment. I have noticed that when people are ordering a cake or something else such as salad (There is more than one place to order Chicken, Salad/meats, Cake/desserts) They are typically ignored, because either there is not enough staff/employees or most of them are hiding in the back doing god knows what. If they are on the clock they should be putting customers before anything unless something is literally about to burn or catch on fire. In my opinion anyways. I mean people aren't really ignored, but more or less aren't tended too, because the one person is already doing someones order and like I said no other people to serve the customers.

What i want is what I want. If i have to wait 10 minutes for my food I totally will. But when your employees make me feel like a bother that I'm going to wait for what their making anyway, or talk to me like I'm stupid then I'm not so patient. The taller lady who is working right now, is rude, demanding, and doesn't understand how to work in customer service. Totally beating myself up for not getting her name.
