Each time I've gotten a lens prescription done and purchased frames I've never had a problem and always had excellent service. When my glasses needed a repair, they fixed it with no charge and no problem when still under warranty. And once I remember they did an adjustment to bent frames at no cost passed warranty. Compared to other vision centers this one is affordable to me and they also helped me have proper paperwork to send to my insurance company.
My glasses have been broken since Christmas. Went there, they fixed them so I wasn't lopsided, that was cool. Over time the whole frame had become uneven. If you hold them up you can see one whole lens is higher than the other. Took the back a second time. Told them the story. I told them I just wanted a new frame since that one had become so misshaped (with the help of my cat laying on them) . It was under warranty anyway if anything happened to the frame. The worker tried again to fix, made it lopsided the other way and then sent me on my way. What is the point of a warranty if they won't let you use it!?
They legit ruined my glasses Bc I asked them to adjust Them a little and the clear pad on them is all ripped and they wouldn’t fix it
Takes a ridiculously long amount of time to get glasses! Never have waited so long! Going on 3 weeks and still don't have my glasses. Wish I had known to go somewhere else
