Absolutely incredible museum! So many one of a kind pieces. The owner is very knowledgeable and passionate. Amazing wartime toys, including the legendary Mickey Mouse gas mask. It’s easily the best collection of early 1930s Disney and Fleischer animation memorabilia I’ve ever seen!
Sadly they're only open on the weekends through December 22, 2019 for the winter.nnGoogle hours are wrong.nnThey do offer private tours when available.
This museum was even better than expected. It was filled top to bottom with original art, antique toys, and TV and movie props. It is obvious the owner is passionate about his collection. He gave us a tour and had a wealth of knowledge about every piece. I learned so much about the history of toys and media. I plan on stopping back every time I visit Maine.
Incredible collection of toys and fun cultural artifacts. The owner is a super nice fellow and loves sharing his knowledge. Highest recommendations!
The owners are very nice, and the sheer amount and quality of the pieces is amazing. Definitely worth a stop.
