The receptionists were always kind and the doctors were (normally) pretty compassionate but it was like running in place. Never got help for what I needed help for. When the doctors finally started helping they were gone with no warning, and we would start all over again. This may be a good place for someone who only goes a few times a year, but if you need regular appointments.. find someplace else.

This place is getting two stars because of how clean and quickly I was seen in.nnI moved to a new area and need a new primary care doctor. A doctor here was taking new patients so I signed up and scheduled my annual physical (or so I thought) since that what my insurance pays for. I was in and out rather quickly only later to discover that they billed me for a regular office visit. I tried three times to explain how could I be billed for an office visit when I went in for a yearly physical but to no avail because that what the doctors notes say and that is the end of it.nnSo now I am out 200 dollars. Be careful who knows what else they will bill you for and you have no say.

The best facility I have ever been to. Ashley Hamilton Ellis is a doctor who not only listens to your needs, but is empathetic towards her patients and wants to always make sure you get the best care. She is knowledgeable, intelligent and diligent. The front desk staff are also always timely and sweet, and always willing to help.

If this is Sheepscott valley primary care they are the worst!!! I will never return there again. They told me to come in at 1130...I drive over 30 minutes to get there only to be told it was 1100. They definitely told me 1130. The receptionist just sat there and said “oh, I don’t know what to do!” Well, what poor business practice for a certified medical home! You don’t send a Patient away. You use some critical thinking skills to help the patient be seen! The receptionist obviously needs training on customer service as does this medical home!nI had to go to the ED and am now being treated for cellulitis and Lymes. I am so disappointed with Sheepscott.

I have been a patient 12 years and have no complaints. Always treated with dignity and respect.
