CMMC Pharmacy

Wife had surgery this AM so stopped in to pick up medications. Was told there was something wrong with the prescription and they had called the doc to fix it. I could come back later to get the prescription so that’s what I did. After being told to come back in the afternoon I did - 3 hours later. Was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next day. I said this is for my wife who had surgery this am. The front counter person made no attempt to see if it could be expedited just said “it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. I said again you cant check to see if it can be expedited since you told me it would be ready and I drove back into town for this. All I got again was “it won’t be ready until tomorrow”. Poor customer service skills and poor customer service - I guess my times really not valuable to them either. Second time I’ve had poor customer service.

Professional and extreme helpful! I Went in to pick up a prescription on a Sunday expecting to pay a high cost and was pleasantly surprised Joesph and pharmacy tech ( I’m sorry I cannot remember his name) had researched and found the certain drug under a free trial program. Highly recommend!

I have never had a problem with this pharmacy...They look and find discounts when ever possible... my $10 scripts are in the 100's elsewhere...Always professional and friendly ud83cudf1e

My name is Michelle, I am a longtime user of the CMMC Pharmacy. I am not only impressed with the service I receive over the phone, but also very pleased when I go to pick up my prescription's. I am always greeted with a warm smile and respect. I have called numerous times to speak to a pharmacist with questions regarding interactions with my meds. Never once was I made to feel like I was asking a foolish question, or felt rushed. If the question could not be answered at that time, I always received a prompt call back. The pharmacy is open 7 days a week, and the prices are very much comparable with Wal-Mart/ K Mart very convenient. I have used other pharmacy's in the past, but let me just say, I am very pleased I switched to the CMMC Pharmacy. Thank you CMMC for the fabulous staff you employee at the CMMC Pharmacy.
