I love their text alert system so I know when my prescription is ready. While I am busy all day long I don't have time to call Or look at the app. The customer service is pretty good as well

Waited on hold longer than it took me to drive there (33 mins.), just to be told my prescription was never called in. Found out the next day, after suffering all night, that it was there all along, but the employee that answered didn’t bother to look in more than one place for it. Always the slowest and rudest service I have ever encountered. I am changing pharmacies, for sure. Don’t bother giving them a try, we all did and paid the price.

The level of service is not up to Rite Aid standards. Going to have to change pharmacys. So frustrating
