I found this place & reviews while scoping out neighborhoods of houses I found on Zillow. At first I thought the reviews and stuff were a joke but there's so many that I'm not sure if this is real. Man! 2020 got me spinning.nnEither way, giving The Exotic Toad Training Institute a 5/5 cause the hilarious reviews are the best thing I've read all week.

These trainers know what they’re doing. He was able to unlock his inner frog. He was a mere toad before his experience, and he came home with lots to talk about. I very much enjoyed how he loved his experience. Now he has become a higher form and shunned me, but it was still such a cool experience! If only I could ascend...

I took my dear Boulevard here, and my god, the results! Boulevard always had such an attitude to him, whenever I told him to clean his tank or eat his mealworms, he'd sass me instead. Once I took him here however, he changed. He seemed brighter and more happy with his life. Thank you ETTI!!

I brought Harry to The Exotic Toad Training Institute when he was just a mere tadpole. You would never know it to look at him ... but he’s magical, definitely not the same tadpole I dropped off four years ago. Great work ETTI

This place truly does offer the MOST Exotic of Toads. Very Impressive.nnMy best friend and Toad O'Bell was just the grumpiest toad you have ever met. He would take his frustration out on every other toad he could find that was smaller than him.nBringing him to the Exotic Toad Training Institute taught O'Bell to not be such a grump.
