Berube's Complete Auto Care

AAA completely botched a simple battery replacement. Berube's fit me in on a busy morning, replaced my battery, handled all of the paperwork seamlessly with AAA, and did so with courtesy and efficiency. Nicely done.

I definitely recommend this place! As a young female, I'm used to being taken advantage of at auto shops, but at Berubes they gave me a comprehensive rundown of what I asked for and didn't push anything that wasn't necessary. It was very refreshing! Super great customer service. Would definitely come again.

Most rude incompetent employees I have ever dealt with. Service was awful.I will never go there again. Recommend nobody go there.

I received great customer service . if you don't have transportation to get back home they will give you a ride or in my case take my own vehicle home for I had children with me and I got picked back up after the job was done
