Every time I visit Central Maine Audiology, there is little to no wait time for your appointment. Those at the front desk are very patient -oriented, polite, and professional. And Dr. Cropper establishes and maintains a wonderful relationship with his patients. Well-deserving of 5 stars!

Dr. Cropper and the rest of the staff are always pleasant and professional. The focus is on serving the patient rather than making a sale, and when a sale is necessary the support in months and years afterward is excellent. Their COVID-19 protocols are very good too.

I just got my third set of hearing aids (in about 12 years) from Central Maine Audiology. I dealt with them for a few years before that, and appreciate that they didn't recommend hearing aids until I really needed them. (The first few tests showed that my hearing was below normal, but not at the point where hearing aids would help.)nnThe hearing aids they provide have worked well. When I had a problem with one of the new ones I just got, they got it replaced for me in less than a week (even during COVID restrictions) at no charge. It has always been easy to make the follow-up appointments (usually free) to keep them well-maintained.nnAll the staff at CMA are friendly, and work hard to help me with my hearing loss. I highly recommend CMA!
