So I went in and wasn’t feeling well and was checking in and she’s like your insurance is not active so of course I’m confused I’m like there not anyway that’s correct and she’s like well if you pay $40 today we will see you visible not feeling well I was like wel I didn’t bring my wallet so she’s well I don’t know what to tell you and even providing proof that it was currently active still refused to take my word for it and wouldn’t let me be see with out paying Which I know is policy but the way she went about it was very rude she had a very snarky attitude and to come to find out I went to another urgent care in there like oh yeah your insurance is active and then I called them just like let them know that’s what was wrong with there system probably and she was so rude again and she’s like well stop I can’t see you I was like I didn’t wanna be seen I have already been seen it just wasn’t very professional
