We chose Ryan and Downey Construction to build our lake home on Lake Shafer over other potential builders/bids and we could not be more pleased! They made our building experience much easier than anticipated with particular planning and timely communication. We used Downey Construction for our new home plan design and construction. From start to finish they offer impeccable quality and craftsmanship. I could show them a picture and that is what I received. The whole team is friendly and super great to work with. We couldn’t be happier with how our forever home turned out.
Downey Construction transformed our 1970’s built kitchen/dining/foyer into a modern open-concept space. Downey’s developed the plan and executed the entire project. Their employees are top-notch craftsman and Downeys’ subcontractors, like painters and drywallers, are the best in the area. Our kitchen and dining room transformation started on January 21, 2019 and was completed one month to the day on February 21st. We couldn’t be happier and everyone who visits is in awe of the update. My wife and I can’t wait for them to start on the exterior of the house.
