I was searching for a panel that was literally sold out in my state. I began to search surrounding states for a quilt shop which might still have stocking the panel I was looking for. I sent an email to ask and I quickly heard back. Having found one panel she posted it to her website and emailed me the link. I call that REAL customer service. Not only that, but I was notified it had shipped by the next morning and received it 2 days earlier than expected! I will surely be a customer for life. Thank you so much.

Super friendly! I needed a part from Bernina and even though I purchased my Longarm before living in Indiana they totally supported my needs. ud83dudcaf recommend this sweet shop. Darling fabrics and talented sewist!
