I ordered a light three months ago . Tried contacting them and no reply and still no light . I dont mind waiting but would like if someone would reply . If u are unable to get the light then just say so and return my money

Well, I Seen a message on Facebook decided to check this place out since it was close to my home. I get there and nothing was in stock, they needed to make the brackets for my LED roof light bar. I get word that they would be done Tuesday, so not able to get a quote or ask enough questions honestly the customer service is bad. Just with customer service this is how I feel because I'm big on it, I felt like walking away! I was handed a pen to write my name and number down. Who does that? - Then they weren't for sure on the day, so I called the day before two times before anyone would answer. I got the guy who told me he was sorry he would call me back. Turns out never called me back after he said he would shortly. Then here comes today no phone call. Now I used another company who has way better professional customer service. This overall sucked and I won't go back now. #lostmybusiness
Great led lights at awesome pricing. Never had an issue and have purchased alot of items thru customfitz!
