Bullied me and rushed me to close my case. Fought for six months to reopen the case. Treated me like I was ignorant and a criminal. Hung up on me. Did not care to see that I was properly diagnosed and ignored calls and emails for months. I was injured in a way that will effect me for the rest of my life and these people are cold, arrogant, Even someone telling me they did not say things they had previously said.
