We have been a patient with Marion Primary Care for over 4 years. Absolutely LOVED Deb Hall NP. She is the nicest physician we had ever had. She actually showed that she cared about us as a patient and as a person. She was wonderful. Then at the beginning of 2016 we found out that Deb Hall had left the practice. We were sadden by losing her as a physician. Since she has left we have had nothing but problems with this office. They are rude, mouthy and uncaring. The treat you as if you are a stranger that walked off the street looking for drugs. They even call you to your face a drug seeker. The staff is uneducated and don't know how to handle customer service. I have been hung up several times while trying to get this resolved. The office manager is never there so the staff do whatever they feel like doing. The office manager is just as rude and nasty as the staff. I have spoken to him once and He yelled at me and wouldn't listen to the problem. He then hung up on me. Now they are refusing to give me my records for my family unless I pay 300 dollars for the records. I would not recommend this practice to my worst enemy People deserve to be treated with respect. This practice needs to learn compassion and bedside manners.
