Palmer Homes, Remodeling, & Additions

We have lived in a home built by Dennis Palmer for almost 5 years. During this time we have endured multiple issues especially in regards to flooding. Rainwater will come into the living portion of our home whenever we have extreme heavy rain or heavy rain on saturated ground. When we bought the home we were assured by Dennis and Denise Palmer that a French drain would cure any water issues the former resident complained about. We believed him. Got the work done yet still after installing a pipe drain that runs in our back yard and after installing 3 sump pumps we still get rain water in our home. Dennis Palmer knew this house was a lost cause and sold it to us anyway knowing we were first time home buyers. We have tried to let him know of the problem numerous times but he denies any wrong doing. I blame him. He is the one who built it. He is the one that knows what he did and did not do. Dennis Palmer is still building, he still claims to do wonderful work. Please for your safety and sanity we highly suggest you stay away from him and his business and anyone that associates with him such as his son Kyle Palmer. While doing repairs in our home we have found broken tile on top on wires behind the walls, we found out that a bedroom wall was not secure and would move when pressed on it and even our brick on the back of our home moves when pushed on. He even left a water line open and on that led to us having to remove and repair our kitchen walls, cabinets, counters and flooring. We have heard from numerous professional sources that they don't know how or why he builds like he does but he is not the best guy out there. These are not the only problems we have encountered. We have endured pain, heartache and financial hardship because of him. If you can find anyone else to work on your home please hire them instead.
