Awful service, they’re very rude & wont even go check to see if your package is there. & they complain when you ask them for it.

It would be nice if the office told you that the receipt they provided has the tracking number on it!!! Let your customers know before they leave your location.

Horrible... Will never use them again. We mailed around 300 save the dates out about 2 months ago, and around 100 were never delivered, or returned to us. They just went missing. When I called to ask if they could look around to see if they may have been left somewhere I got a smart ass reply saying no we put them in bins then they go on the truck. So I asked can you please check to make sure they were not accidently left somewhere, and never got put in the bin. Again she said they always get put in the bin. I am sorry but humans are humans, and if they think they are so perfect and never make mistakes is just ridiculous. Biggest waste of money. We had a few leave via Indy, and a few via Shelbyville and 100% have been either delivered or returned to us. The fact over 300 went thru Rushville, and 1/3 went MIA is a little suspicious. Now I have to go thru all 350 of my guests and make sure they all received one. Not to mention the cost of more save the dates, and stamps.

Fast, friendly service....love my postal carrier!!
