I have rented furniture from this place for over 2 years now. I have made every payment and through the pandemic we have struggled at times. We paid a bed off then got a couch and a Xbox. I went to make my payment today and got charged $20 more than the last time when i paid my payment. Said it was a $5 late fee for each item even though they was closed yesterday and the website would not accept my card even though thats what I used over the phone today. Even when you are 1 day late and they was closed the previous day they will still call you nonstop. One person says one thing and the other says another. Not a horrible place if you really need it but I would suggest not being 1 day late after a Sunday when they are off because they'll charge you a late fee. Oh, and when you say no to their Aarons club they will charge you for that anyway and not even offer to make that right to bad i spent $50 before i realized thats what i was being charged for. After being a customer that is loyal you would expect a little bit better courtesy. ud83dudc81

Not welcoming - told us where to park and that they were closing in 2 min. Easier to buy online rather than deal with rude people.

My son rented a washer and dryer we told them to come and get it they told him he owed them 211.00 before they could come pick it up .
