Dr. Turcea is sweet and caring and knowledgeable. She makes you feel comfortable and cared about. You don't get that cold professionalism with her, you get genuine warmth.

Had a question couldn’t get ahold of a nurse, had to call multiple times in one day starting at 10am to get ahold of someone who would give me 5 mins of their time and not put me on a “nurse call list” to explain what was going on, then After I finally talked to a nurse a nurse practitioner was suppose to call me back in 30 mins and didn’t call back. Moral of the story, no one called back before office closed for the day. Find a doctors office that is reliable. Don’t waste your time. They are unprofessional.
