Called to get information about a trip that my family of 9 are wanting to take in November, the lady took all my information (phone number and email). I was told I was going to get a call and or email about how the process works, sadly to say I never got a single thing! I don’t know if she knows that she is not the only agency around, but I did call other locations and like expected, I received numerous calls, links, email, etc. I tried using local businesses since I do live in Plainfield. I did use her competitor and booked our family trip. Hope she reads her reviews so she doesn’t loose any more business. But the best advertisement is word of mouth.

Very pleased with my service here. I did sign up for a full Disney trip with them. They even helped me sign up for all my fast passes and dinner reservations. The meal plan at Disney is a must, for the quality of your meals and hugs savings are notable.

I went in to speak to a lady about a vacation for my family and I. Although she was quite pleasant and informative, she took my information and said she was going to give me a call. Well... she never did. I guess shame on her because not only did I book the exact trip I talked to her about (which ended up being almost $15,000) for this Dec... But I'm getting married out of state next year (Destination wedding booked with someone else (who actually calls back) and we're planning a 3 week honeymoon. Hopefully to Africa or Hawaii)nThe reason I even went to this place in the first place is because I wanted to support local business. But I am truly disappointed with the customer service. And I hope this lady realizes what she missed out on by not even following through.

Worked with both Ingrid and Pat for a European trip. We needed everything from flights, car rentals and places to stay.... and needed a little flexibility while teaveling. We also needed a place to leave a couple large suitcases in Geneva for a whole week. Ingrid researched places, contacted several businesses to confirm they had the storage we needed, and found the perfect, safe location.nWhile on our trip we had a couple of changes to be made and Ingrid did an awsome job helping us.... especially when we would only have contact using wifi hotspots. Having the time difference would make working with any other travel agency problematic, but Ingrid helped make our trip a Memory of a Lifetime!
