I’ve been to Forest City as well as circle of wellness to use their saunas and the one here is by far the hottest.
As a student of massage therapy, I was impressed by Sandra's professional practice. This is my 3rd time going for a colonic hydrotherapy session. I was very satisfied with the service that Sandra provided - she took the time to explain the elements of the session, and answered any questions that I had. She had great awareness towards my needs throughout the process and utilized multiple methods which made for a productive and healing session. The infrared sauna was also a great add on that I enjoyed. I also found that she had a good selection of products that I was interested as well such as probiotics, electrolytes you can add to drinks, etc. Overall a great session and planning on another session soon after I finish my next round of fasting. It really is an amazing feeling after having a thorough cleanse.
Sandra is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable! Venue is clean and welcoming. She is very professional, always maintaining your modesty.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Living Well Life Spa...I HIGHLY recommend detoxing our overloaded systems.
