Very friendly and helpful staff. I’ve gotten compounded prescriptions as well as medical equipment there and have had nothing but positive experiences. They really made me feel comfortable in a scary situation.

I did not expect this to be the best pharmacy experience I've had in years, but staff went above and beyond. Staff were very courteous and did not ask invasive questions. I am a technician myself, so I knew this combination in this route of administration was unusual. I was aware they may be suspicious that it wasn't a real prescription, or may be curious as to how I would need such a thing. But to my surprise, all of the staff were respectful and kind. They themselves conducted the whole insurance process, which I'm sure wasn't easy because it was a custom-made medicine. I am so used to dealing with insurance myself that I was very pleased when they said they would do so for me. They made sure I knew what was in this product, how to use it and when, possible risks, and what side effects there are. I go to school 2 hours south of their location, so I was nervous about the distance. Turns out I had nothing to worry about because they dealt with my situation all the time. They said laws about transferring had exceptions for when only a far-away pharmacy can fill a prescription. I asked if there would be transfer difficulties, since one of the ingredients was a category III controlled substance. They said this was routine for them and they would just call my insurance and let them know of the long distance transfer, and that the controlled status was no problem as long as everything could be identified. I expected this to be so much more difficult, but because staff were so well-trained, experienced, and willing to go the extra mile for the patient, this experience has been the easiest of my life. This was easier than picking up my routine, non-controlled, auto-refilled blood pressure meds. I recommend them so highly, that if I lived in Rockford I would have them be my main pharmacy, even for non-custom meds. Extra thanks to staff members Sam and Penny, who dealt with my insurance for me and transferred the script to a closer pharmacy, respectively.
