Mark at the front desk was great, the room had a comfortable bed. The reservation company (OYO) mislead me about amenities and the maid should step up his/her game. I booked a 3 night stay but left after 1st night due to cleanliness of 1st and 2nd rooms offered. 3 stars only because Mark was top notch and tried so hard.
I booked a reservation. The office was listed as open until 9pm. I got there to check in at 8pm and the doors were locked and all office lights off. I was on the phone for over an hour trying to cancel and get my money back from Hotline. I will never book here again! Too much drama and couldn't even get my room.
Hotel wasn’t open. Hotel wouldn’t check me in. Hotel wouldn’t give me a refund for a room I never even got to see. This entire chain is run by unscrupulous trash. Avoid avoid avoid unless you want to be ripped off.
Heartless owner city member tried to rent a room for a family lost there home to fire during the holidays we was going pay for them stay give our id all info paid in full the family lost it all including there id ssi cards everything an owner refused us to provide for them so they wasn't out in the cold an told them issue an there story an there answer was not there problem
The room is disgusting dirty stuff all over bathroom walls don't take your children here!!!!
