I received 3 other estimates from other companies, but no one compared to Joyce Roofing Co. when it came to price, honesty, knowledge, and integrity. The workers not only showed up on time every day, but I was also kept in the loop from the date I signed the contract, to the day the job was completed. They pulled the permits from the city, did a high quality level job, and cleaned up nicely. Awesome.
We needed our roof redone because it was old and had a few leaks throughout the house. We got a few quotes from different companies, but the technician was the only one that actually went on the roof and took a look around to see what actually needed to be done. We thought the price was reasonable and they did a great job! They were quick and the only thing that they maybe could have improved was picking up the nails afterward. We found a handful of them around our lot afterward! But would definitely recommend Joyce Roofing Co!
Contractor came out to replace a couple shingles. One of the shingles blew off next day while leaving another lifted (picture attached). I have spent OVER a week trying to get the company to come back to fix.nnThe company sends issue to manager but managers NEVER call back. I have literally called every hour for almost a week now.nnThe contractor called me 2 days ago saying he would come out today then was a no show. This company appears to not care about you after they take your money. I paid $400 to have 4 shingles replaced.nnDo business elsewhere! So disappointing and frustrating!nnManager Ryan hung up on me. Didn’t care.
Stay away. They contract their work through Craigslist. Crooks
Poor quality work. TERRIBLE management.
