Tim with Integrity Fire & Flood was an absolute God send to my little family in chaos.nFrom beginning to end he and his associates, were fast, efficient, did excellent work, communicated effectively and rapidly through the entire process.nWhen a tree fell on my roof and left an initial patch to the roof and three foot crack in my ceiling, the insurance adjuster while assessing the damage done as an oversight pulled up my original contractors patch and did not reseal it correctly per my words on my security videos.nWe left for Memorial Day weekend. Returned to a full flood from my living room down to my basement like a waterfall.nResulting in a five month hotel stay and over $50,000 in damages.nInitially the insurance company provided a contractor that quit before they started.nSomehow we stumbled on Integrity. Their entire team was so empathic to our situation, made the entire process fluid and easily understood. They went out of their way when I had my small children to bring samples, pick up payments so I wouldn’t have to take them out.nThey were extremely knowledgeable and were able to provide a very accurate and detailed assessment of repairs including upgrades required for city codes. They even provided us with all of this information making it easier to handle the insurance company.nThey even offered to take over the issues and claims in my unique situation of a another companies negligence.nTheir quotes were spot on, they went above and beyond to work with us.ni would highly recommend them for any work or fix as they collaborate with licensed contractors for multi problem fixes.

Tim and his team were very professional and thorough when assessingnthe damage to the property caused by roof leakage. Tim prepared a detailed report and took care of submitting the claim to the insurance company. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed by Tim and his team (Nate and his team did the insulation work, Fernando and his team did the dry wall repair and painting). Tim is a man of great business ethics and he was very easy to work with.

Being faced with an unexpected water situation, as a homeowner you are freaking out and trying to figure out what do as quickly as possible. Fortunately I was connected to Tim who talked me through and calmed me down over the phone. I was able to mitigate some damage and he was friendly enough to come for a consultation as well.nnI spoke to three different restoration companies and nobody was as neighborly and helpful. I would highly recommend Integrity Restoration for your emergency home needs. Tim was easy to work with and flexible around my work schedule. It was a great relief to me that Tim oversaw the entire restoration process and evident that he has years of knowledge in this field. I was glad that he had capable people in place to complete every step that was needed so that I didn’t have to find individual contractors for every task. It was an impressive team who seamlessly got the work done, from Eduardo who removed & reinstalled the trim, to Simon who did an amazing job with the drywall and painting, Carl who took care of the plumbing issue, Bill who installed the new light fixture, and Tony who did a great job with the carpeting.
