Savage Roofing

We were told the entire roof damage, the shingles, gutter guards and inside would be repaired in or around mid May. July came and the outside shingles were replaced, in August the inside was repaired. We are still waiting on the gutter guards, even though they have the insurance money and we were told in August that they had been ordered. Four and a half months since mid May and the job still isn’t completed. The reason it appears that they were not getting enough from the insurance to finish the gutters.nnMy wife did receive a call asking if we just wanted to take the money for the gutters instead. As it stands now, I want the job finished.nnI decided to use Savage based off their reviews but if I had know this was going to happen, I would gone with a different contractor. Some people would argue that they did a service for you by finding a way to use the house insurance to the homeowners advantage. Kyle from Legendary did a great job handling that and my wife and I had no problem with that part. In addition, the physical work they have done to date with the shingles and inside has been of highest grade, but the length of this entire job, it has been abysmal and frustrating.nnI do not like being the person to wreck the perfect review for the company but I can not and will not give them a good review for their still incomplete to this day services.

Savage Roofing did an incredible job with my project. The storms did a number on my house and they swooped right in to fix the damage. They were on time, professional and polite. Kyle made the experience great, he is very knowledgeable and always responded quickly. I would recommend this company for all your roofing and repair needs.

He was thorough and patient in explaining things to me seeing as I didn't know much about the process. I really appreciate his knowledge and professional handling of my claim.
