Everyday I get compliments and questions about my engagement set! I always reply with thank you and my ring has a story!! A few years back my boyfriend, Claude and I stopped by Busch to look at rings. 1 ring spoke loudly to me!!! Card with info was handed to Claude, I asked to hold it for safe keeping. Claude responded, he had it under control!! The card and info was lost!! Over the course of a few years, we visited several jewelry stores local and in WI looking for rings. I ALWAYS ENDED UP AT THE EARRING COUNTER! We looked at and tried on many pretty rings, they just weren't MY BUSCH RING!! Fast forward, One night, Claude calls me...Babe, I found your ring! I'm surprised because first, It's not like me to misplace jewelry and second, I wasn't missing any rings. I told him as much! Again, he stated, I found your ring! I asked...my ring, ring? As in my Busch ring?? YES! He went on to say...I have good news and bad news! The designer has passed and the corporation is dissolved. Thanks to Mitch and Connor a picture was located. Claude and Connor worked together to customize my one of a kind Busch ring!! Claude and I are forever grateful for Connor's knowledge, time, expertise, laughter, and spirit! l frequent the store often, to say hello and for the best ring spa!!! Thank you Connor and Busch Jewelers!!

I cannot say enough good things about Busch Jewelers. Shopping for diamonds is one of those things you almost hate doing because you don't want to feel swindle out of your money. Well shopping at Busch was anything but that! We walked out of there genuinely feeling like we got a great price on the ring we selected. Connor helped us find exactly what I was looking for! I admit I was picky as I knew exactly what I wanted and did not want. He was patient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. In the end, we chose to go with a custom ring that Connor helped create. Even after the process, Connor has been VERY helpful with my soon to be fiance as we've decided to go with a slightly larger stone. I'm great about reading reviews but never write them... but in this case I needed to write one! Please do yourself a favor and visit Busch Jewelers!

If you are looking for a jewelry place that will give you the best customer service and give you the best price, go to Bush Jewelers. Conor is amazing and makes what you want come to life. My fiancé and I both wanted custom bands for our wedding and he got them perfect! Not to mention the price was amazing. I will never shop at another jewelry place. We are customers for life!

My fiance Tim and I came in last month to look at engagement rings. Mitch introduced himself and I explained why we had come in. Mitch led me to a case full of beautiful, sparkling settings. He asked me if I like vintage style rings and I said that I do love that style. He handed me the first ring and I couldn't let go of it. We looked at others but I couldn't give this one back. It felt like mine immediately.nI had to give it back of course, so that the center diamond we chose could be set. But to my surprise it was not a week that I had to wait. I was thrilled when my ring was ready in only two days! Not only is my ring gorgeous, it is comfortable to wear too!nI am proud to tell everyone that Mitch from Busch Jewelers personally helped me choose the perfect ring! I highly recommend Mitch and all the wonderful people at Busch Jewelers for making such an important time in our lives so very special. Thank you so much! One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had.These people know what they are doing. Extremely friendly and very knowledgeable employees and won't give you the run around.Highly recommended
