We purchased my wedding ring there and have had nothing but issues with my ring. The prongs keep coming up. I'm VERY careful with my diamond ring. I'm so upset with this. I had it in 3 times so far for it to repaired for the prongs. Rodgers and Hollands had really changed. I'm so upset about this.
