Dropped in to workout for the week. Great programming and class sizes. Coach was very helpful and knowledgeable, made me feel confident learning new lifts and using them in the WOD.
Great people. Friendly atmosphere totally willing to scale the workout to all abilities. The owner is awesome. Extremly generous trial period. I had a very positive experience.
They have everything you need and a top of the class coach Allen to show you the right way to do movements. All of the staff and members are extremely friendly and open to helping you out. Super friendly environment that definitely takes you to your limit.
Screw City CrossFit is a great place to workout, learn new skills, improve your athletic capabilities and accommodates members of all skill levels. It is a fun community to be apart of and I encourage anyone thinking about giving CrossFit a try to check it out here!
