Customer Service was not up to par! Paid for an item and forgot it in the store. I pumped my gas and the cashier had ample opportunity to let me know this happened with no other customers waiting! Got home and was very disappointed the item was missing. Quality of customer service really needs to be addressed at this location. More smiles...words of emapthy kindness and gratitude for business are needed!! Maybe it's just me...my career is professional customer service and consulting. Maybe this will be read and improvements will be made. Store cleanliness is great! Did not make a stop in restroom, so I cannot speak on that.
This was the first time I had been there. Staff and Boss were excellent. Made me feel like I was in a home. The boss showed me where to get specials when I come in the next time. So there will be definitely a next time. Very impressed !
