Dr Michalsen was calming, professional and caring. He took his time, listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The entire staff was professional, I felt at ease with his assistant.nThe facility was clean, parking was convenient, check in and check out was quick.

Dr. Michaelsen's nurse Shelly is very rude on the phone. She is more worried about people going to get tested for Covid than getting people seen that are in pain.

Dr. Brian Michalsen is an awesome doctor. He is very caring and listens to everything you you say. I would not go to any other doctor!!!nThe staff is wonderful!!!

I really enjoy Dr Brian Michaelsen but his staff, especially Patty is terrible. She was rude ud83dude21 and unhelpful. I was looking to schedule an appointment and she was arguing with me... Just unnecessary... Very poor service ... When you're busy and time is of the essence, no one has time for arguments... Maybe she's new and doesn't know the great practices this office is known for ud83eudd37‍♀ufe0f

Dr. Michalsen is a great doctor. He definitely takes time to listen and help as much as he can. He even called me personally about my daughters test results. That really meant a lot to me as a mother. I highly recommend him.
