I purchased a pair of $200 Nike shoes for my husband yesterday. My husband never even tried the shoes on... Hes disabled, in a wheelchair and unable to walk. When we got home we tried putting the shoes on & unfortunately they didn't fit. I go to return them today and the manager argued with me telling me the shoes were worn & couldn't be returned. Needless to say, they ended up giving me a full refund. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!!! We went downstairs to Champs where Christian & Jerome helped us find the perfect shoes & provided EXCELLENT service!!!!!!

I literally just came in here at about 6:23 today. And I don’t know who the guy name was helping me and nephew out, but he had curly hair light skin about 5’5 or so. There was four pairs my nephew wanted to try out so I had told him and then when we came to our final decision my nephew wanted some black, white, and two other colors that were Nike and I wanted some colorful Nike ones and turns out when we got home I got my shoes and my nephew got the wrong shoes he wanted. He was too busy complain to me and getting into my conversation with something else. I had told him stop getting in my conversation two times.

This morning I visited another retailer prior to going to Finish Line. They didn't greet me, and the whole time I was looking at the selection, no employee was visible. I decided to take a drive out to Finish Line, and I'm super glad I did. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by Max and welcomed. He proceeded to help me with several sets of shoes, and we had a nice conversation. He was very patient, kind, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I was previously in marketing for a major corporation, and I know how hard it is to get and keep good employees. Max is a winner, and I hope his company has great plans for him. Great job, Max!!
