This was my first time ordering online and it will be my last. Each item of my order has been shipped separately and I’m still receiving items 3 weeks later! Instead of taking out the whole amount at the end of check out - I know have various dollar amounts under $10 coming out of my account! To try and keep track of this is just ridiculous.
Great deals and variety
This was my first large online order and I will NEVER order online again. The shipment of each piece was the first issue, but then I noticed they were deducting the money per each shipment instead of the one lump sum total price. I had multiple charges of under $10 to keep track of.nnThat is ridiculous.
Costumer service over the phone is terrible. I waited almost 30 minutes on hold for someone to take my call and then to be told if I couldn't find the size I needed then they didn't have it and hung up on.If I could've given less then 1 star I would have.
Great prices and good styles for kids. Love that both my son and my daughter have stylish clothes to pick out and at the same time I got to shop cute clothes for my son to be newborn.
