Their hours on Sunday say 11am and I was here at that time and both the manager and another worker saw me standing outside their store and walked right past me and didn’t say anything. So I called an they are like we open at noon sorry. How rude like all I have is an even exchange. Maybe change your hours online and you wouldn’t have people complain.

I visited this store because one of my charms had broken. Both associates, Holly and the Assistant Manager, were both very pleasant and helpful in resolving the issue. They took the time to find when it was purchased, since I wasn't sure of exactly when or who purchased the charm (it was a gift) They were very patient as they researched, found it was under a year old, and replaced it no charge...as per the warranty. Unfortunately, that charm was discontinued so they no longer had it in store, so they allowed me to select another of the same value. The interaction was great! They were both wonderfully pleasant and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I definitely recommend this location!
