Champs is usually My go to store! But after my last shopping experience I don't know if I will ever shop there again and its sad because it's because of their customer service. Long story short I was double charged in the store. And it has been hell trying to get my money back! The store telling me to call customer service & customer service telling me to call the store. I'm currently waiting on hold for a 3rd time today after about 2 hours because my call was disconnected. The first 2 times! Day 3 of me trying to get my money back.

I haven't been to the mall in ages but I must admit I'm very thankful this is who we chose to give our business to.nCalvin, a sales associate who went over and beyond to be sure my son was happy made our experience memorable! Best selection in the area by far!! Every other shoe store either didn't have the size or the color I wanted. Worth the extra buck. Get em daddy. And you know I had to cop the Camron socks.
