I bought shoes on 12/23/2017 and returned them for an exchange on 12/27/2017 It's now 3/06/2018 and still have not received a refund. Apparently the order was not placed correctly by the store which then made it impossible to track the order. I finally received a check on 2/23 with my name spelled completely incorrect! So after calling them numerous times no one bothered to check my name would appear correctly. The management is a joke they do nothing but give you the run around every single time. I am tired of repeating myself over and over again with no end in sight. Save yourself the hassle and go to Champs!
