Usually when I go here, the food is great and I wait a maximum of ten minutes to get my food, usually less than that, so it's typically good for a quick bite. but today when I went, I placed my order and waited about 25 or 30 minutes for my order and still never got it. I ended up having to get a refund instead of the food because I had an appointment to get to and I was then running late
This place need to be CLEANED UP!!! It is so dirty and filthy. No surface has been wiped and clean in a LONG time. The bathroom disgusting. I have reported to the health department. They have a big old smoothie spill that has dried out!
Soup is great.nHave zucchini and cauliflower noodles to fit your meal needs.
This is our chosen carry-out/curbside pickup location; there's another chain a bit closer but so far, the many times we order from this location it's always been a terrific meal. Our order has been spot-on every time, and has always tasted great.
Would not recommend the shorewood location at all. Tried numerous times to place an online order and it wouldn’t go through, called the automated system to place an order again wouldn’t go through, spoke with the young lady working she took my order said the transmitter was down and to come in to process payment and she placed the order. 15 minutes later sent my husband in and they have no idea where the order is it’s only 2 girls working and one was the manager. Called and spoke with the manager mare who said she wasn’t the one that spoke with me. I told her the situation and she isn’t sure what I want her to do and to have a good night. Completely rude and unprofessional. Worst customer service I’ve ever had would not recommend this location. Aside from recommending corporate get new employees and management!
