Worst hotel ever stay away. Poor management. Unimpressed. Lied and said pool was open when I checked in it was closed due to covid the only good experience was the two black gentlemen at the customer service desk. Would encourage you to find a different hotel due to lack of being professional from who I believe was the upper management or possible owner. Customers should never be threatened especially kids! Will be filing a complaint with police and the better business bureau!
Nice staff, but overall just eh. The pool was out of commission and they don't serve breakfast like it stated on the website we booked from. (Yes I know about covid, but on our trip across the country we have stayed at hotels that are doing both in a safe way). They did set out some honeybuns, which we are grateful for that effort! Like the size of the bathroom, but it is in need of updating.
Was a great place to stay . We went to casino when we were there from Bloomington il .
The room was uninviting and appeared to be old. The TV was not working properly. The phone didn't work at all.
Jacuzzi /Hot Tub Suite ! Clean & comfortable. Television is no good
