Stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was thankful for the excellent customer service from the Front Desk Receptionist. AMANDA went above and beyond to make myself and my co-workers feel welcomed and at home. After I checked out, I realized that I forgot my jacket in my room and the receptionist was so kind to grab my jacket and hold it until I was able to retrieve it later that evening. I plan to return to this hotel when traveling for business in Joliet, IL.
This Hotel is Definitely worth staying at. I don’t even know where to begin. First off they are clean, and when arriving they immediately greet you. The prices for the rooms are reasonable. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave great suggestions on places to go explore. My room was clean and loved how soft the bed was. I definitely recommend this Hotel to anyone wanting comfort and reasonable pricing.
They are wonderful here. Really nice. Answered all of my questions and were very forthcoming with their towels. Just be aware of you are visiting during this pandemic they do not have to come in and clean your room if they are over 50% capacity. I asked to use their vacuum and for new towels and garbage bags. They do offer a cold breakfast and coffee. Oatmeal is also there, they have hot water for that. They hand you yogurts and milks. Their pool is open, only people who check in can use it, no outside visitors. Doors and walls are thin so you will be able to hear anybody above you if you're on the 1st floor and outside your room. It is very clean here.
We had the best stay, Our daughter forgot her iPad and the hotel quickly called us and shipped us the iPad for free. Great Staff and very clean facility. We will stay here again soon.nThe Mason Family,
Such great staff, Gabby at the front desk especially. We got there a little late and my kids were so concerned about the pool closing, and she immediately offered to keep it open late for them. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, I'd stay again for sure!nEdit: I wanted to add to my review, that we realized my son left his teddy bear there and they mailed it back with the greatest little book of photos of his bears adventures while at the hotel. Ivana Wulff was so kind and communicative and mailed the bear back so quickly, I was so impressed with this hotel!!
