Nice new building. Clear preparations for social distancing. We went for the book sales which was small but good. They have a lot of books for children.

They were awesome! Rose was very helpful. We signed up for a book club. My kids are excited about the freebies and the reading. Very happy to have you guys back.

This library is always clean and the staff is always helpful. However, when I visit the library it’s usually to catch up on some coursework, and it is then that I am always reminded that they do not have accessible outlets for laptop charging, which is why I typically prefer the Romeoville branch. While they do have study rooms with outlets, there are only two room and they are almost always in use. So, when my laptop dies, I’m forced to leave. Please invest in installing more outlets in your library!

Everyone was extremely helpful, they allow you in but don't take temperatures. They helped me find one book, the other was out and they put on hold for me so when it's returned I can check it out. They all wear mask and some wear gloves.

Very unprofessional in regional partnerships and sharing agreements. If you are not in their district, they don't seem interested in helping or reciprocating with the library district you do live in. Hopefully they treat their own residents better, but I can't give a rating based on that.
