How are you supposed to send an appointment if no one ever answers the phone.nUpdate- i finally got someone on the phone they helped me threw the online process which was nice but yesterday i received an email not from the bank but from just some random guy saying that i live at a commercial address and couldnt continue unless I sent them are sent that person a picture of my identification which I don't know if you've heard of the scams or not but that's catchy having some random person email you asking you to send you a picture when you'd be more than happy Jake your electric bill or gas bill your internet bill your ID to an actual Bank but none of them want to see you until after 2 or 3 when people are working

I am very pleased with this branch, I do not have an account here but it’s cash my McDonald’s check here all the time, everyone who has helped me has been so helpful, they remember me every time I come there even though I don’t have an account, just because of how they treat me I think I will be opening an account with this bank in the near future. There are two girls specifically that remember me all of the time, I’m not sure of their names but they are younger girls.

Will never bank with them again worst experience ever for the atm deposit 200.00 and it never went into my bank account nor did it spit the money back out. Very upset because now they are telling me I have to wait 10 business days for my money to be put back into my bank because the atm would need to be balanced NEVER NEVER after I get my money back I will bank with them again I’m closing my account and going to a different bank worst bank ever then on top of that they basically refused to put me on the phone with a branch manager
