Thanks to Ramone my experience was a good one. Going to the laundromat is a once or twice a year thing for me. So today I ventured out to wash an oversized mattress pad. This is my first time at Soap Opera and I'm grateful Ramone was patient, kind and assisted me along the way. Again, a huge thanks for your assistance. Happy Sunday!nnTo be clear, it wasn't just questions answered by Ramone as the reason why I made my post the way I did. Ramone actually helped me and showed me how to use the extra large washer. I also heard and seen him provide the same care with other customers and I trust you all realize this makes him an asset to your business. Thank you.

This place has mega machines at the front of thier location. This has been the 2nd or third time that we have gone to this location due. To our dryer not working. These machines were told to us that they are not working after we had all our clothes in them. There was no sign on any of these three machines. The gentleman who worked there walked by us twice without saying a word. The dryers are inconistant some were warmer than others. I feel bad for people who have to this place on a regular basis

Terrible service lady huffs an puffs about helping custoners card got charged twice then refused to help get money transfsrred over to card aaying it doesnt work even though i just showed her it works terrible service only come as last resort. .....

Very clean and never had a problem with any of the machines. Large and extra large machines accommodate king size quilts and comforters.
