Maybe if they'd open up the place there wouldn't be 26 cars waiting in line at the drive-thru. Half an hour wait to place an order, then another 20 minutes waiting out front to actually get it. Seriously, guys, do better. Also, why does this place never actually have the things advertised on the menu? 6 times I've ordered explorer's batch and they have never once actually had it.
First of all they have nothing that’s on their menu and then you order they repeat your order you get to the window and they don’t have it and don’t have your order correct for what they do have travel to another Dunkin’ Donuts for better service
It was almost closing time, the workers there still had a smile on their face when they greeted me. The only thing that could have been better was online times. My order was quick and ready. Thank you baskin. I'd highly recommend this one!
Not only did they mess up our order once but twice, we asked for 50 glazed munchkins half chocolate and half regular, they ended up giving us 10 chocolate and forgot about our drink then we told them we ordered 50 half chocolate and half regular and so they charged us for 40 more we ended up just getting all chocolate. They didn’t even add any of the add ons on my drink. Not to mention they didn’t even pay attention to the fact that they messed it up they were just there talking and laughing.
