Went to get my jeweler cleaned and got great news. They have changed their policy from having to get them serviced 2 times a year to only once a year. Think that will be good news to all their customers. Happy to see this great change.

Poor service! Store hours on their website and Google are until 9 pm, I came at 7:30 and the store was already closed. The next day I came again and told them that you need to update store hours and nobody ever said sorry or apologized for that. Second-I tried to return jewelry and my card which I used for purchase was already expired and blocked and they said that they can do only store credit and nothing they can do. I was shocked. I never expected such poor service in a jewelry store.
