Love Kay jewelers. Never had an issue. Always competitive pricing and sales throughout the year. Staff is never pushy and takes the time with each customer. We don't buy jewelry anywhere else.

I have been working with Kays at the joliet mall for 20 years they have always been exceptional!!! The customer experience I've always had it extraordinary Renee has been my sales representative since day 1 and she knows exactly what I want so when my guy goes to get me a surprise Renee has me covered. Thank you Octavia (im sure I spelled it wrong) but if Renee is not there he is my right hand man thank you for being there for all my many jewelry needs (there are a alot) lol
