We were there to redeem a replacement meal gift card that we were given from their corporate office. About a month ago we purchased two chopped salads..we returned home and found that there was NO chicken or Cheese included with the salad.. So I complained, it took awhile for them to contact me..but I must admit they honored their commitment to service, and I am a happy customer again. Thank you Portillos.
Conveniently located, they have a Lowes Home Center, Garden Center, Bulldog Ale House, Chilli's Grill & Bar, Elizabeth Jade Salon, Golden Nails, Jimmy John's, Lou Malnati's Pizzeria, Marquette Bank, Michaels, & Mo's Chinese Kitchen, Natural Choice Health Food, Portillo's Hot Dogs, TCBY Yogurt, Starbucks, Target, TCF Bank ATM, a Sprint Store, and a UPS. Basically it's a one stop shop. There's plenty of free parking. I visited Lowes.
Long line for drive thru but moved FAST, got correct order and it was hot
The food is great but you need to check your order BEFORE leaving. The last couple of times my order was incomplete or just plain wrong.
Easy access and alot of parking. Several food options if you get hungry both sit down and take away. The big box retailers are within walking distance from each other. Starbucks has the drive through so it's nice that you can get a beverage and shop. Really nothing bad to say about this shopping center.
