Mike was fantastic to work with, and very thorough. Would highly recommend him. He completed the inspection report quickly and was in my email the next morning.

Mike did a great job ! I couldn't be happier with the job he did! He was extremely thorough and honest. He literally took 300 pictures. He told us the inspection was confidential information which we wouldn't have known otherwise. He gave us a lot of helpful information and great advice. We will definitely use him for any future inspections and would highly recommend him!

5 Star Service! Mike Katula was prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. He walked my husband and I through our home and helped us understand it better! He was thorough with a nice detailed written report afterwards. Would recommend!

Mr. Katula was referred to us and we're glad we called him for our home inspection. Mike was very thorough and went around the entire house with both my husband and I, looking at every switch, fixture, window, wire, and drain! He explained details about the construction of our house that actually made us appreciate it even more. We felt much more at ease purchasing our home after viewing Mike's visual home inspection report. What's great is that you can keep the report and look back at it later as you make repairs. He's very knowledgable and practical - give him a call!
